The hotel offers stunning and very comfortable rooms with all the amenities you expect to find in a five-star hotel. The cleanliness is exceptional, though the room size may be a bit modest for a five-star rating. The service is top-notch, particularly thanks to Valentina and Sasha for their excellent breakfast service and warm hospitality. The location is perfect, right in the center of the historic city and overlooking the waterfront, although some upfront information on reaching the hotel could have been more desirable. The dining experience is delightful, offering delicious options with a great view. Overall, a great value for money choice with exceptional service and a prime location.
The hotel was nice, with a beautiful breakfast buffet featuring homemade Italian cakes and healthy selections served in an elegant dining room. I enjoyed the common rooms, although they were a little modest for a five-star rating.
